As CAQA and CAQA Resources Manager, he played a pivotal role in delivering innovative training packages and resources to a diverse range of providers, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
With a Bachelor of Computer Applications, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accounting, he brings a strong academic foundation to his work. His skill set spans the development of both online and instructor-led learning programs, with particular proficiency in designing SCORM-compliant e-learning packages using rapid authoring tools.
During his seven-year tenure at CAQA Resources, Chanpreet demonstrated a deep commitment to quality and compliance, leading teams in the production of resources that support effective teaching and learning across the VET sector. He is known for his ability to translate complex requirements into accessible, engaging materials, and for his collaborative approach to working with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Today, as Director of V.E.T. Writing Services, he continues to provide tailored, compliant resource solutions to education providers — drawing on that experience and a straightforward passion for excellence in vocational education and training.
